Black and White is Timeless!

I never tire of looking at black and white in home design.  Not only can it be used in so many elements of design (furniture, fabrics, paper, table top) it's also timeless.

 I keep a file of tear sheets from the home/shelter publications and one of them was a dresser painted just like this set against a large-scale cream and black floral wall paper.  I love the picture and now I love this dresser.  I chose not to paint the decorative hardware and I am glad I didn't.  Don't you love the way it pops on the white drawers?
