new goods for the design gallery
A palette arrived the other day bearing gifts.
The design gallery is allowing me the opportunity to bring my vision to life in a much bigger and more complete way. Take for instance this selection of lamps.
While many lamps these days are sold without shades or shades that really aren't for the keeping these shades blew me away!
The column lamps, fabricated to mimic an old wood post, the heft is impressive and so is the pin-tuck linen shade. Together the piece stands 32" tall and makes quite a statement. I love the understated vibe of the finish and color. But make no mistake, wall flower it is NOT!
And on a smaller, but hardly less impressive scale....the lamp post lamp was modeled after, well you get the picture. Paired with burlap shade it could find a home on an entry hall table, a desk or even in a kitchen.
