Too good not to share!
A month ago I was leafing through Bon Appetite Magazine and stumbled upon this recipe.
What caught my eye with this one was that the editor said her little kids actually liked eating beans well, actually, they liked THIS recipe and that is how she got them to eat beans.
It is....
EASY TO MAKE
SO QUICK
FILLED WITH NUTRITION
A RECIPE WITH EVERYDAY PANTRY INGREDIENTS
YUMMY!
We ended up eating it 3 nights in a row we loved it that much!
So after trial run with hubby and picky 15 year old (who in fact did like it) I decided to try it with company.
Last night we had friends over and I served it.
BIG HIT!
How nice to come home from work at 5:30 and have dinner ready in 20 minutes?

It's so true what the editor says in her intro...you will dream about other ways you can enjoy this ragu and you will be SO happy to have leftovers.
The only change I made was I swapping out the rolls for Portuguese sliced bread.
One last bit of advice, please don't read this and think about deleting any step, like the butter and garlic spread on the toasted bread because that is SUPER important to overall taste!
Bon Appetite!
XO Jackie
